In its unused and original condition (including packaging).

A video proof recorded while unboxing the product

Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund processing times may vary, and it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you received a defective or incorrect product, we are happy to offer an exchange for the correct or similar item.
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order for an exchange request.
If the product you received is incorrect or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.
