• Orders within Pakistan:
  ✅ Standard Delivery: Your order will be delivered within 3-4 working days on regular days.
  ✅ During Sales: Delivery may take 7-10 working days due to increased order volume.

• International Orders:
  ✅ Standard Delivery: Orders will be delivered within 7-10 working days.
  ✅ During Sales: Delivery may take 10-14 working days.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates, and unexpected delays may occur, especially during peak shopping periods.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. For domestic orders, shipping charges may vary depending on the location. For international orders, the shipping cost will be calculated during checkout, and any customs duties or taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.

3. What Happens If I’m Not Home When The Order Is Delivered?

If you are not home when the order is delivered:
1️⃣ The courier will attempt to re-deliver the package and contact you to arrange a suitable time.
2️⃣ You can also contact the courier directly and provide them with your order tracking number to arrange a new delivery date.

Our couriers aim to ensure that your order reaches you in the best condition, and they will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with you for a successful delivery.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s journey online.
