At Prizo, we take pride in offering high-quality products and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy to make things right.

1. Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges within 3 days of delivery under the following conditions:
✅ The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
✅ Exchanges are only applicable if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
✅ Customers must provide proof of purchase and share clear images of the issue before initiating an exchange.

📌 Important: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as innerwear, accessories, and sale items are non-exchangeable.

2. No Refund Policy

Currently, we do not offer refunds. If you receive an incorrect or defective product, you can request an exchange, and we will send a replacement.

3. How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
1️⃣ Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or Email within 3 days of receiving your order.
2️⃣ Provide your order number and clear pictures of the product showing the issue.
3️⃣ Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility for an exchange.
4️⃣ If approved, you will be guided on how to return the product. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back unless the mistake was on our end.
5️⃣ Once we receive the returned item, we will dispatch your replacement within 3-5 business days.

4. Important Notes

  • Delivery charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer unless the issue was caused by us.
  • We reserve the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet our policy guidelines.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.
